I posted this same question and got a stupid answer saying that paint tool sai already comes with it IT DOESN'T!!!! INK PEN not regular pen or linework stuff it's not in linework! It's called ink pen and I need it. My Paint Tool SAI does not have the INK PEN tool which I use for outlining so I really need it.
